Electrical installation services on vessels:

TS37001/Add01

- opening/closing Roxtec cable glands /existing/- 4 pcs.

LSB PANEL 2 - disconnecting old existing cables/cable 1 x 25 mm2 - 5 pcs.

- installing 5 new cables 1 x 25 mm2/.... /along the existing cable route/from the LSB Panel 2 electrical cabinet - to the new position of the Harmonics Filter electrical cabinet ..... 5 cables x 20 meters = 100 meters

- bundling the installed cable/along the existing cable route/

- connecting the cable to the Backup switch in Panel 2

LSB PANEL 3 - disconnecting old existing cables /cable 5 x 1.5 mm2 - 2 pcs.

- installing 2 new cables 5 x 1.5 mm2 /along the existing cable route from the LSB Panel 3 electrical cabinet - to the new position of the cabinet Harmonics Filter..... 2 cables x 20 meters = 40 meters

- routing of the installed cable / along the existing cable route /

- connecting the cable at the Position in the electrical cabinet LSB Panel 3

- electrical work on removing old grout and filling pipes with new waterproof grout due to leaks on board

/Farsounder pipe cable and Underwater Light cable/bow position/through ballast tank no. 1/

- replacement and wiring of automatic fuses / 16 A / - 2 pcs., in the wheelhouse control panel

- dismantling of the existing fuse protection panel

- disconnection and dismantling of old fuses

- installation, connection of new fuses

- if necessary, adjustment (expansion) of the fuse protection panel

TS 41010 - BTU ENG 013

- relocation of electrical components from the old electrical cabinet (from the osmosis system that was dismantled on the ship) to the new electrical cabinet (for starting the newly installed STERN TUBE lubrication pump), wiring according to the electrical diagram

Duration of works:  January 2025. - February 2025.

- relocation of electrical components from the old electrical cabinet (from the osmosis system that was dismantled on the ship) to the new electrical cabinet (for starting the newly installed STERN TUBE lubrication pump), wiring according to the electrical diagram

NEW CONSTRUCTION - 527

Self-unloading ship for the transport of bulk cargo - very specific because it was designed for the needs of the original customer - Canadian Algoma and navigation on the North American Great Lakes

 

Project description:

- according to the defined blueprints and list of materials - laying and bracing all the cables, mounting all the devices, inserting and connecting the cables to the electrical appliances, cargo space fans, lighting, lighting distributors and fire alarm

- mark all wires and cables with appropriate markings

- take all devices.

- test the functionality of the lighting

- mount nameplates and hand over the necessary programs to the shipowner and the registry

- planned tasks include daily cleaning of the space from excess built-in material and maintaining the orderliness of the space itself
